At Swackie warehouse, we scour the entire country, and indeed, the entire world to bring you the best prices possible.

We generally buy in bulk and the majority of our stock are returns, overstock or liquidation proceeds.  All of our stock is new, mostly with labels still attached and in original boxes or packaging.  Sometimes packaging may be damaged or missing, but the product is in good condition unless specifically mentioned on the sales page.

All stock is checked before it leaves our depot and will not be sent unless it is best condition.  You can check our feedback, where our negative comments are less than 0.5%.  If you need to return any item, then we will restock it at no cost to you apart from the shipping cost which you must pay for.

We may occassionally have to cancel the order and issue a refund if the product is found to be not up to standard when processing the order and packaging.  All refunds will include the postage fee, if applicable.  If postage was free, then we will still count this cancelled part towards the total order as required for free postage.
